Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 32 posts {Gen (UR)-13, EWS-04, Gen (WFF)-01, OBC (UR)-05, OBC (BPL)-01 SC (UR)-05 & SC (BPL)-01 } of Steno Typist (on contract basis) Post Code: 755 held on 25.10.2020 as per the award list and ratio approved (1:20) by the Hon’ble Commission. The requisition to fill up these posts was received from the Director of Prosecution, HP, Shimla-9, the Managing Director HP State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited & the Chairman HP-PERC, Shimla-9 and advertised vide advertisement No. 35-3/2019 dated 28.12.2019 and addendum dated 16.03.2020. 

In response to this advertisement, 8381 applications were received out of which 7249 applications were provisionally admitted.

The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 25.10.2020 in which 3178 candidates appeared and 4071 candidates remained absent. Out of total 3178 candidates appeared, the following 640 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for further selection process/shorthand and typing skill tests.
