Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission today declared the result of Written Objective Type Screening Test for the recruitment of 06 posts {Gen (UR)-04, OBC (UR)-01 & SC (UR)-01} of Junior Scale Stenographer (on contract basis) Post Code: 773 held on 11.12.2020 as per the award list and ratio approved (1:20) by the Hon’ble Commission. The requisitions to fill up these posts were received from the Managing Director, HPPTCL Shimla & the Director, Women & Child Development Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1 and advertised vide advertisement No. 36-1/2020 dated 02.03.2020 and addendum dated 22.07.2020. 

In response to this advertisement, 2616 applications were received out of which 2291 applications were provisionally admitted. 

The Written Objective Type Screening Test was held on 11.12.2020 in which 1057 candidates appeared and 1234 candidates remained absent. Out of total 1057 candidates appeared, the following 126 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for further selection process/shorthand and typing skill tests.

The skill (shorthand and typing ) tests will be conducted w.e.f. 28 & 29.06.2021 at 9:30 AM in the Computer Lab of HPSSC, Hamirpur.

While every care has been taken in preparing the result, possibility of inadvertent / technical error cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
