Notification regarding submission of examination forms of PG Courses examinations tentatively to be held in August, 2020

Submission of examination forms of PG Courses

It is hereby notified that the examinations of all Post-graduate Degree/Diploma Courses, LL.B., MTTM/FYICTTM, BHM, B.A.LL.B. (Hons) 2nd, 4th , 6th, 8th & 10th semesters regular and 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th & 9th semesters re-appear examination will tentatively be held in the month of August, 2020. 

The examination admission forms for old student are available on the website of the University i.e. www.hpuniv.ac.in. The online examination forms for fresh students of the semester2nd & 4th regular and 1st & 3rd Semester re-appear of Post-graduate Degree and Diploma course and B.A.LL.B. (Hons) will be available online on the University website www.exams.hpushimla.in. After filling up the online examination forms the candidates are required to print and submit the hardcopy along with all certificates in support of their eligibility to the Deputy Registrar (Examination – II) by due time failing which their candidature will not be considered. 

The online application forms for the regular fresh students of 2nd & 4th semester PostGraduate Diploma and Degree courses shall be verified after determining the eligibility conditions as well as the attendance by the Chairpersons/Directors of the concerned Departments/Institutes or the Principals of the Colleges concerned as the case may be. In case of ICDEOL students the online examination forms after determining the eligibility should be verified by the ICDEOL. Thereafter the hard copies of the forms along with certificates should immediately be forwarded to the University failing which the candidature will not be considered. 

The last date for receipt of examination admission form/e.examination form in the University has been fixed upto 15th July, 2020. 

The forms of the candidates must reach the office of the Deputy Registrar (Examination – II), H.P. University, Shimla -5 duly complete in all respect along with the requisite fee on or before 15th July, 2020. Thereafter the late fee will be charged as per University Rules.
